Escape room for kids in Barcelona
Ideal for birthday parties and kids' groups: a very dynamic game that gets every child involved. Casanova and La Última Función are the favourites for these ages.
From what age can children play?
Our rooms suit children from 8 or 9 years old. If your group is younger or mixes ages, message us and we will point you in the right direction.
There are no scares and no horror. The challenge is about logic, observation and teamwork, and the puzzles are solved by looking, talking and trying things, the same for kids as for adults.
Up to age 14, a monitor goes in and plays with them as a guide, and stays in the room for the whole game. The monitor asks questions and offers hints so the group moves forward without being handed the answer, so parents do not need to be there.
What children take away
As well as having a great time, the game practises things that matter:
- Thinking from different angles. When a puzzle will not open one way, you have to try another.
- Communicating well. Everyone sees a different part of the room, so to move forward you have to speak up and listen.
- Working as a team. Tasks get shared out, everyone's wins are celebrated, and the group wins or loses together.

Frequently asked questions
Is it scary? Are there jump scares?
No. None of our rooms has scares, actors or horror elements. The tension comes from the clock and the puzzles, not from fear.
Do adults have to go in with the children?
No. Up to age 14, a monitor goes in and plays with them as a guide, so parents do not need to be in the room. You can let them play with peace of mind.
What does the monitor do?
The monitor goes into the room with the children and plays alongside them as a guide. They ask questions and offer hints so the group thinks for itself and moves forward without anyone handing over the answer, and they make sure everyone takes part and stays safe.
Is it too hard for them?
The puzzles are about logic and observation, not school knowledge. If the group gets stuck, the monitor points it back in the right direction. Older children and large groups especially enjoy Rombate, where two teams compete.
How many children can play?
From 2 to 14 participants. A group of 7 or 8 children around 9–10 years old can play together in a single room: check with us first. With more children, Rombate splits the group across two twin rooms, from 8 to 14 players.
How long does it last?
Up to 60 minutes of play. Arrive 10 or 15 minutes before your booked time: the game starts on the dot and the rules need explaining before you go in.
